February 13, 2007 - Ben's First Steps

Yesterday evening Ben was standing next to me, holding on to the couch. Suddenly, he put both hands above his head and took off walking across the living room, with a huge grin on his face. It was a memorable moment!

He can now take 7 or 8 steps on his own, although he picks up speed along the way, which causes him to fall eventually. He is so cute. He always puts both arms straight up and crosses his fingers and has that big grin.

Nick, at 15 months old, has hair so fair you can hardly see it.  Love this picture of him.  He is such a cutie.

Benjamin walked from where I was on the couch to the window/door and then started touching his brother's head and, at times, trying to hit/pat him. Some normal fun time at our house:).

Nick was very interested in Ben's overalls.

Benjamin, turning to look at me after I told him "no hitting" and "be nice",........"who? innocent little me??".

May I have your toy please? (That's not quite how it works out).

Nick loves soft, stuffed animals.

Ben, retrieving the panda teddy bear from the toy basket and throwing/handing it to Nick (these are out of order).

Nick, getting a toy from the toy basket.

you boys are GREAT!

I was wanting to ask you if it is okay to email you with a couple questions about your agency you used (unofficial of course). Just leave me a comment on my journal. Thanks!

Your first sickness sounds rough but you seem so easy going and prepared. I'm very impressed.
The pictures of the boys are so cute.

I'm sorry to hear that N is not feeling well. It is so hard to see your child sick with a fever. Hope he is feeling better soon.

The pictures are adorable!
